Erin lost her Two front Teeth!

Well, Erin finally lost them...I have dreaded these days, toothless..and hoping the real ones will come in straight(to save the check book from braces!) Braces or no braces...John never had anything done to his teeth, his are perfect, mine on the other hand are awful, I had braces for 4 years(John waited until I got my braces off before he would ask me out on a date!..What a Turkey!) and still have awful teeth, so we can hope she got John's genes on this matter.

Erin left a little note for the Tooth Fairy asking for her to sprinkle some glitter on her face and to give her a big kiss on the cheek(an Idea she received from a friend at school...Thanks a lot for that one!) So the tooth fairy did as she asked, and also painted her finger nails!, and gave her $5.(very Expensive tooth!) Well when Erin woke up the glitter had gotten all in her bed and the kiss was smeared but, she tried! Maybe we will get it right by the time the last tooth comes out! We are down 6...14 more to go!

The Best place to be this summer...In the POOL!

We have been in the pool a lot this summer! It's to hot to do anything else. Erin and Parker are little fish they love the water..Cason takes after his Mom we tolerate it!..Give Cason a sprinkler or shallow pool and he goes crazy but swimming he does not go for. Thank goodness Memo & Pop have a pool we can enjoy!

Big Hitter

I have not blogged about Erin's t-ball team, that did awesome this year! They went 11-1 for the season. (the last game was bad, Erin went out on the field for the first inning without her glove... What was she thinking?) Oh well you can't win them all! But they advanced to play-offs which we are now practicing for, 5 nights a week(their coach is really tuff!..He wants to WIN!) Play-offs are July 6Th in Rogers..So we shall see how we do, you hope for the best but, if they were to win there, you would go to state, and we would have no summer left! Erin plays pitcher and she is really good! She has the concept of Baseball down...And man can she hit the ball. She has hit about 20 home runs this season. We kept telling her we would give her $5 for every ball she hits to the fence(She wants a Nintendo DS) and she hit a few out there. Papaw upped the amount to $20, thank goodness it came out of his wallet though( that amount only applies when Grandpa's are present) Wish us Luck! Go Dirt Diamonds!
